Entry Level Foodservice Sales Consultant

Build foundational sales skills with Sysco as an entry-level Sales Consultant Trainee, developing customer relationships across an assigned territory.
This position develops sales abilities through prospecting, product presentations, proposals, negotiation, and customer service. You will work with experienced Sales Consultants and internal teams while learning Sysco’s processes, offerings, and service standards. The role supports accurate orders, records, and delivery coordination.
Key Responsibilities:- Prospect for new business and generate qualified leads
- Build relationships with existing and potential customers
- Present Sysco products, services, and customer solutions
- Prepare proposals and sales presentations
- Process orders and support accurate, timely delivery
- Bachelor’s degree or four additional years of relevant experience
- Zero to two or more years of experience
- Basic sales and negotiation skills
- Strong organization and time management abilities
- Frequent driving, standing, walking, and occasional lifting up to 20 pounds
Develop sales, negotiation, and customer service expertise while growing a Sysco customer base within an assigned territory.
