You will also assist in managing incidents and documenting occurrences to maintain a positive atmosphere for guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor crowd behavior and control access points

• Address and resolve disruptive incidents effectively

• Provide clear communication about event rules

• Escort cash when needed and enforce safety protocols

• Document incidents for reporting purposes

Requirements:

• Must be at least nineteen years old

• Completion of grade twelve or equivalent

• Security guard license and relevant certification preferred

• Prior experience in security or customer service

• Capability to handle confrontations calmly
