Special Event Security Officer

Position: Special Event Security Officer REAL
Become a Special Event Security Officer at REAL District, where safeguarding visitors and ensuring enjoyment go hand-in-hand. Ensure compliance and a secure atmosphere during events.

In this role, you will be responsible for protecting guests and staff while operating in compliance with all regulations during events at REAL District. You will manage crowd control, respond to incidents, and ensure security protocols are upheld at all times. Your vigilance in documenting incidents will contribute to the overall safety and security of the venue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Secure venues against unauthorized presence

• Communicate and enforce conduct codes

• Monitor crowds to prevent disturbances

• Ensure compliance with alcohol service laws

• Write detailed reports on incidents and actions taken

Requirements:

• Must be at least 19 years old

• Grade 12 education or equivalent required

• Valid security guard certification preferred

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to handle stressful situations effectively
