What you need to know before you apply

This role involves direct contact with people in crisis. You will encounter individuals experiencing mental health emergencies, substance use, and medical distress. You will witness things that are difficult. You will be expected to act, not observe.

You will also be part of a clinical care team. Nurses and physicians will rely on you. Your documentation, your communication, and your judgement will matter every shift.
