Foot patrols and access control define this casual, part-time Security Agent position with Paladin Security. Protect public and government facilities through visible service.
As a Security Agent, you will help keep assigned facilities safe, secure, and welcoming. Daily work combines safety monitoring, incident response, visitor assistance, and clear communication. You will use digital applications for reporting while operating company or client vehicles when required.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough interior and exterior foot patrols
- Greet visitors and staff across assigned facilities
- Provide access control and answer routine questions
- Identify hazards and respond to incidents or emergencies
- Write reports and log daily shift details digitally
- Strong written communication for clear, detailed reports
- Strong spoken communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills and reporting software comfort
- Physical ability for extensive patrols and prolonged standing
- Flexibility for casual, as-needed shift times
