Job Title: Sask Energy Supervisor

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 06:00 - 14:00
Located in the heart of downtown Regina, the Sask Energy site is a high-profile corporate facility. It features busy administrative offices, active contractor and visitor access points, and multi-level parking structure demands, offering a professional and dynamic working environment.
What You'll Be Doing- Oversee daily on-site security operations and serve as the main point of contact for the client.
- Manage guard scheduling and deliver hands-on training to team members.
- Monitor CCTV systems and manage access control for staff, guests, and contractors.
- Perform routine interior, exterior, and parkade patrols to maintain site safety.
- Enforce parking regulations and issue parking tickets when necessary.
- Support site health and safety protocols and complete clear, accurate report writing.
- Valid Saskatchewan Security Guard License.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the security field.
- Strong written communication skills for detailed report writing.
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills to build effective client and team relationships.
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
- Experience managing access control software and CCTV monitoring setups.
- Predictable, full-time weekday day shifts (Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM).
