Position details:
Provide support to 52 residents with Severe and Persistent Mental Illnesses in the community and manage a caseload of 20–22 residents. Work under the direction of the PALS, McEwen & CLSD Program Manager to provide case management, everyday support services, and direct program oversight. Responsibilities may include taking residents to appointments, shopping, meal preparation, social/recreational activities, facilitating educational groups, and assisting with budgeting, monthly reporting, conducting assessments, and compiling annual Wellness Plans.

Full‑time/permanent position with day shifts of 8 AM–5 PM, one hour lunch break, and EDO every third Friday.

Post‑secondary education required in a related field (psychology, sociology, human justice, social work).

Education:

University Bachelor's Degree (related field)

Experience:

1–2 Years

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Background in psychology, sociology, human justice, or social work.

Experience working with individuals with severe mental illnesses.

Strong organizational and case management skills.

Ability to facilitate group activities and support daily living skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
