Key Responsibilities:
• Manage casework and participant supervision
• Provide individualized support during crisis situations
• Facilitate understanding of program expectations
• Role model appropriate behaviors and interventions
• Execute other necessary duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Secondary education or Bachelor’s degree required
• One year experience working in social services
• Knowledge of community support systems and restorative practices
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and recent background checks
