In this position, you'll deliver essential settlement services designed to support newcomers in their educational and social integration. The ideal candidate will possess strong client-focused skills, knowledge of local resources, and experience in delivering workshops or orientation sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct orientation and information sessions effectively
• Provide direct guidance and support to families
• Compile data and conduct satisfaction surveys for improvements
• Facilitate community agency links for clients
• Maintain regular communication with clients on their progress
Requirements:
• Relevant experience (2-3 years) or a suitable degree
• A clean criminal record and child abuse check
• Valid driver’s license required for mobility
• Outstanding time-management and organization abilities
• Familiarity with the challenges faced by immigrant families
