Youth Skills Facilitator at Rainbow Youth Centre

Make a difference as a Youth Skills Facilitator with Rainbow Youth Centre, working directly with youth aged 13-19. Lead, supervise, and enrich youth through specialized program facilitation.

Our center seeks an experienced facilitator passionate about supporting at-risk youth. With at least two years of working experience in this area, you will develop and implement programs while managing participant safety. Promoting the programs and building strong connections with community resources are vital components of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate and develop empowering programs for youth

• Supervise, transport, and engage with participants

• Promote the program and network within the community

Requirements:

• Two years experience working with at-risk youth

• A minimum of one year of facilitation experience

• Understanding of program planning and teaching strategies

• Knowledge of anger management and substance use effects

• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
