As a full-time Housing Support Worker, you will deliver the Housing Matters Program with dedication and professionalism. This position requires a Bachelor's Degree and 1-2 years of experience, particularly with vulnerable individuals and the Indigenous community. Candidates must have strong communication skills, be flexible with scheduling, and demonstrate a commitment to reducing homelessness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist participants in securing and maintaining safe housing

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related field

• Minimum one year experience working with vulnerable populations

• Successful criminal records check for vulnerable sector
