The City of Regina seeks an Encampment Response Supervisor with a strong background in social work and five years of relevant experience. You will guide outreach staff, develop client-centered service plans, and ensure legal compliance while addressing the well-being of your team. A key part of your role will be to support continuous program improvement through data collection and interagency collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and guide the encampment response team members
• Provide ethical oversight and align interventions with standards
• Support staff in complex case management and well-being strategies
• Develop individualized service plans for clients in need
• Monitor program effectiveness through data collection and analysis
Requirements:
• University Degree in Social Work and five years of experience
• At least two years in a supervisory role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of system navigation and vulnerable populations
• Valid driver’s license and First Aid/CPR certification
