Become a Kikinaw Coordinator at YWCA Regina and play a critical role in the Eagle Staff Hill program, focused on serving women on parole. This full-time position offers a chance to make an impactful difference in Regina.
In this role, you’ll be vital in creating a supportive environment while collaborating with residents and Correctional Service Canada. With a background in social work, you’ll help address homelessness, addictions, and mental health challenges among clients. The job emphasizes teamwork and effective crisis intervention.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver client service to women facing challenges
• Collaborate closely with Correctional Service Canada
• Encourage a positive team culture and problem-solving
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in social work, human justice, or similar
• 1-2 years of experience in relevant fields
• Strong skills in counseling and crisis management
• Class 5 driver's license beneficial
• Certification in CPR/First Aid preferred
