Domestic Violence Caseworker at Family Service

Make a difference with Family Service Regina Inc. as a Domestic Violence Caseworker.

This role offers case management and intervention services for survivors of intimate partner and family violence.

In this position, you will provide critical support to clients through the Older Adult Response Services (OARS) and facilitate care for vulnerable seniors. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication, adaptability, and crisis intervention skills, working collaboratively with community partners. Committed to a respectful, inclusive environment, you will apply trauma-informed care practices to ensure each client's needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of clients facing domestic violence

• Provide interventions for older adults experiencing abuse

• Build relationships with clients and community organizations

• Facilitate trauma-informed care services

• Coordinate multidisciplinary team efforts for support

Requirements:

• BSW, BISW, BHJ, or equivalent education and experience

• Knowledge of gender-based violence and justice systems

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Valid Saskatchewan driver's license

• Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Check
