Reporting to the Housing Manager, this role is responsible for providing housing assistance and stability to vulnerable youth. You will work collaboratively with community programs to ensure comprehensive services that address both immediate and long-term needs of clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and conduct house viewings for potential tenants
• Aid in establishing tenant-landlord relationships
• Deliver life skills mentoring to enhance everyday living
• Serve as a liaison between clients and landlords
• Track and report on program effectiveness and outcomes
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 1-2 years of related experience preferred
• Proficient in data management and Office 365
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
• Strong advocacy and communication skills
Provide impactful housing support and mentoring services for youth in Regina at the Newo Yotina Friendship Centre.
