In this position, you will manage logistical aspects, including planning meetings with elders and supervising cultural activities. You'll also document daily events and ensure that all interactions prioritize safety and confidentiality. Effective communication and the ability to mediate family conflicts are crucial for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and coordinate cultural sessions with elders
• Document incidents and daily shift activities
• Provide supervision and safety to children in programs
• Manage personal timesheets and vacation requests
• Respond to families’ emotional needs during crises
Requirements:
• Some post-secondary education is required
• Experience in family services domain preferred
• Strong documentation and administrative skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings
• Self-motivated with capacity to work autonomously
