Therapeutic Vocational Support Worker

Support individuals with special needs as a Therapeutic Vocational Worker at Ranch Ehrlo Society in Regina. Promote life skills and vocational growth in a compassionate, part-time capacity.

This role involves working closely with individuals facing neurodivergent challenges and other complex needs, fostering skill development in a therapeutic environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Engage participants through supervision and support

• Create adapted environments for effective learning

• Train individuals in essential life skills

• Communicate participant progress to management

• Address conflicts calmly and effectively

Requirements:

• High School education or equivalent needed

• 1-2 years’ experience in a supportive capacity

• Familiarity with mental health and disability support

• Strong ability in crisis management and problem resolution

• Willingness to assist with personal care tasks
