This role emphasizes the importance of child safety and parental capacity enhancement. As you deliver in-home support and supervised family time, you will engage in a multidisciplinary approach, collaborating with Child Protection Workers and other community partners to fulfill the goals outlined in case plans.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct supervised family time to support reunification efforts
• Advocate for children and families to meet their needs
• Document services delivered and progress made
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and partners
• Ensuring all practices are culturally responsive and trauma-informed
Requirements:
• Grade 12 required; relevant degree or certification is a plus
• Knowledge of Child and Family Services Act required
• Strong communication and organizational skills necessary
• Ability to manage confidentiality and sensitive information
• Criminal Record Check and valid driver’s license required
