In this full-time position, you will cultivate supportive relationships with children, their families, and community service providers. Your efforts will ensure youth have access to activities that suit their interests and help build their confidence. You'll also engage the community to foster understanding and collaboration toward enhancing children's opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish supportive relationships with children and community stakeholders

• Provide tailored support for children's activities

• Promote the initiative’s goals through community connection

• Adapt hours of work for family and community needs

• Operate in dynamic school and community settings

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience with diverse families

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Familiarity with Regina's sports and cultural delivery systems

• Relevant educational background preferred

• Criminal Record Check and vehicle access required
