Family Service Regina Inc. seeks a qualified Domestic Violence Caseworker to deliver case management and intervention services for both intimate partner violence survivors and clients within the Older Adult Response Services (OARS) program. Ideal candidates will possess expertise in trauma-informed care, showcasing effective relationship-building, organizational skills, and a commitment to inclusive services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide case management for survivors of violence

• Offer intervention services within OARS for older adults

• Utilize trauma-informed care in client interactions

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community partners

• Demonstrate strong advocacy and crisis intervention skills

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field

• Experience in trauma-informed services

• Knowledge of gender-based violence and abuse of older adults

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

• Valid driver’s license and background checks required
