The Dream Broker will collaborate with local schools, community service providers, and sports organizations. Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience with youth in urban settings

• Comprehensive understanding of local cultural contexts

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work independently and in teams

• Driver’s license and vehicle access required
