Step into a vital role as a full-time Caseworker in Regina's Youth Housing program. This position offers an hourly wage and the opportunity to contribute positively to youth welfare.
As a Caseworker, you'll be integral to supporting young individuals in finding stable housing. A Bachelor's degree along with 1-2 years of experience is necessary to effectively assist clients. This role involves implementing individualized plans and ensuring lasting support for youth in need.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and evaluate housing needs of youth clients
• Devise and implement personalized service plans
• Liaise with service providers to deliver necessary resources
• Keep accurate records and monitor client progress
• Champion clients’ rights and needs within the community
Requirements:
• University Bachelor's Degree required
• 1-2 years experience in case management or similar roles
• Understanding of youth services and housing solutions
• Strong advocacy and partnership skills
• Motivated by a desire to help vulnerable populations
