Position: Assistant Coordinator for Housing Program
Become an Assistant Program Coordinator at the John Howard Society of Saskatchewan, focusing on the Housing First program. This full-time role is vital for operational management and participant support.

As the Assistant Program Coordinator, you will be deeply involved in facilitating programmatic activities while providing hands-on support to case managers. Your mission will involve crisis intervention, case planning, and ensuring a trauma-informed environment. You will leverage your organizational skills to help create integrated services for participants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily functions of program operations

• Assist caseworkers in crisis and behavioral management

• Lead development of individualized case plans

• Build relationships with external partners and landlords

• Ensure compliance with reporting standards and confidentiality

Requirements:

• One year of practical experience with socio-economic issues

• Relevant secondary education or bachelor’s degree

• Knowledge of harm reduction and restorative practices

• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

• Valid Saskatchewan Driver’s License and successful background check
