Our Client is looking for a
Web Application Development & Support Analyst to join the Business Technology team to to assist in developing a suite of custom applications to support our program.
This is for a 15 month contract onsite in Regina, Sask. Offsite remote will be considered but preference will be given to onsite candidates.

Description:
Looking for a Front End (UI) Web Application Developer to join the Business Technology team to assist in developing a suite of custom applications to support our program.
** The team requires specifically only a Front End (UI) developer as we are already working with back-end developers.

Post-secondary education in Software Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent

Experience:
5+ years of Front End development experience including proficiency with React/HTML/CSS including CSS abstraction layers (tallwind, sass, or similar)Experience using React development across different ecosystems (Tanstack, Vite, or Next.js, or similar)Understanding of WCAG accessibility standardsExperience building design systems and component librariesExperience with client-side state management and data-flowProficiency with TypeScript and Java Script Proficiency with frontend unit testing frameworks (Jest, React-testing-library, or similar)Proficiency with Git for source controlKnowledge/ability to work with CI/CD pipelines as a consumerExperience building SPA's that integrate across a variety of back-end architectures, API styles and communication protocolsAbility to implement user friendly failover patterns with front-end observability (logging, error handling)Proficiency managing and optimizing SPA performanceDesired ExperienceFamiliarity with modern .NET frameworksWriting and maintaining CI/CD pipelinesKnowledge of hosting across serverless, containers, and IaaS/PaaS platformsDeliverables:Writing, testing, and deployment of codeConsumption of CI/CD pipelinesProduce front-end user interfaces, components and reusable elements based on visual designCode managementPeer reviewsDocumentation of codeDemo of code
