In this position, you will lead a small engineering team while actively contributing to coding efforts. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering
• Contribute hands-on to software development and architecture

• Collaborate with Product and Dev Ops on technical solutions
• Establish best practices in development and deployment
Requirements:
• 8-12+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot
• Modern frontend experience with React or similar
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure
• Proven experience in system design and compliance
