The client is seeking a Senior .NET Developer to lead the transition of the ROVER application from ASP.NET MVC to a more current version of .NET. You will be part of a small team that includes a Business Analyst, Solution Architect, and Project Manager, contributing your extensive expertise to create a clear development pathway. Mentoring is a key component, as you will support internal resources post-upgrade for sustained application management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop the upgrade roadmap for ROVER 2.0
• Lead the application modernization efforts
• Mentor ESK resources for ongoing application support
• Work in collaboration with project team members
• Ensure comprehensive documentation and communication
Requirements:
• 10+ years in .NET with C#, ASP.NET MVC
• Experience in upgrading legacy .NET applications
• Familiarity with .NET Core / .NET 6+
• Proficient in API development and Dev Ops practices
• Strong mentoring and analytical abilities
