Key Responsibilities:- Write evaluation rubrics for autonomous agent behavior
- Debug traces from multi-step agent interactions
- Stress test agents in real-world scenarios
- Provide technical feedback on complex system behaviors
- At least two years of relevant experience
- Backend engineering, AI automation, or systems integration experience
- Production-grade software development with modular separation
- Experience with live, non-mocked environments and multi-turn interactions
- Availability in an accepted applicant country
