Key Responsibilities:- Write evaluation rubrics for autonomous agent behaviors
- Debug traces from multi-turn agent interactions
- Stress test agents in complex workflows
- Provide clear technical feedback on system behaviors
- At least two years of relevant experience
- Backend engineering, AI automation, or systems integration expertise
- Production-grade software development with modular separation
- Experience with live environments and multi-turn interactions
- Strong attention to detail and technical communication
