You will help train large language models to design, coordinate, and optimize real-world architectural workflows. Production-grade software, live environments, and multi-turn interactions are central to the work.
Key Responsibilities:
Write evaluation rubrics for autonomous agent behaviors
Debug agent traces across multi-turn interactions
Stress test agents in live environments
Provide technical feedback on complex system behaviors
Requirements:
Two or more years of relevant engineering experience
Build and maintain modular production-grade software
Handle live, non-mocked system interactions
Demonstrate outstanding attention to detail
Work as an authorized freelance contributor
