Position: C-DS-112- Warehouse Assistant Intern
Location: Moose Jaw

May 4th to August 21st 2026

The role we are offering you:

The Warehouse Assistant will report to the Logistics Group Lead and assist the logistics group.

Primary Responsibilities:

Warehouse (50%)

  • 4 daily parts runs to the hangars.

  • Mail run

  • Counting inventory

  • mail/courier training and work

  • Warehouse 5S

  • Shipping Receiving (50%)

  • Receiving all non-dangerous goods for CAE in Moose Jaw

  • Filing of invoices and delivery receipts

  • Deliveries to and from the hangars several times a day

  • Shipping of courier mail

  • Inspection of all vehicles for logistics, gas, cleaning

  • Operate mobile handling equipment.

  • Assist in the performance of other stores function when required.

  • Maintain box inventory.

  • Maintain recycling program.

  • Inventory count on Hazmat PPE

  • Assist in summer cleaning of the Cold Storage and Cold side of Hazmat Building

  • Our ideal candidate has:

  • Experience with Microsoft office programs

  • Warehouse related experience considered an asset

  • Must have a valid driver’s license.

  • Must be able to lift 40lbs

  • Preferred Education

  • Pursuing a/an college/undergraduate/ degree

  • Location of the internship is in Moose Jaw.

    Internship will be carried out in person

    * All applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada and must meet the requirements of the Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP). All hires will be required to complete, sign and return the Controlled Goods Program form within a week of its transmittal. They must also provide a copy of their passport or birth certificate. All students with a work permit must provide a copy of it and a police clearance certificate from the country or countries where they have resided in the past five years.
