About the Role Canadian Blood Services is looking for a Regular part‑time Driver (Material Handler) to join our Logistics team in SK‑Regina (Stanley Dethridge Bay).
Key Responsibilities Assist in setting up booths, tables, and other equipment for mobile donor events.
Transport personnel, donors, equipment, blood products, and supplies safely and maintain required temperatures.
Ensure the safety of employees, donors, and volunteers travelling with you.
Conduct pre‑trip inspections and complete all required documentation.
Greet donors and help them book or rebook appointments as required.
Assist in setting up systems and Wi‑Fi connections for mobile events.
Work with staff to carry, set up, dismantle equipment and supplies.
Load and unload equipment and supplies at donor centre sites and upon return.
Qualifications and Requirements High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid Saskatchewan Class4 driver’s license (or Class1–3 with knowledge test) and clean commercial driver’s abstract within the last 30 days.
Minimum 24 months verifiable professional driving experience as a commercial vehicle driver, within the last 3 years.
Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems and programs.
Willingness to learn procedures in a regulatory environment.
Effective communication in English; a second language is an asset.
Physical capability to lift up to 23kg (50lb), pull, push up to 136kg (300lb) on a wheeled platform, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and carrying heavy clinic equipment and supplies.
