Join Element Technical Services as a Frac Operator with a structured 14/7 rotation schedule. This role focuses on operating Pumps, managing chemical readings, and conducting vehicle inspections. Strong communication and compliance with safety regulations are essential to this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate FRAC equipment including Blenders and Iron Truck

• Conduct pre and post-trip vehicle inspections

• Refuel units and assist in rig procedures

• Maintain vehicle service and repair records

• Ensure compliance with safety and legislative requirements

Requirements:

• Valid Class 1 driver license with a clean abstract

• First Aid and H2S certifications mandatory

• Team player with strong communication capabilities

• Industry knowledge is preferred

• Able to work independently with minimal oversight
