Lead delivery operations in a dynamic warehouse setting focused on revenue management and team oversight. This position requires compliance with safety regulations and effective leadership of delivery staff.
This role encompasses managing daily delivery operations and ensuring adherence to high standards of service. You will be responsible for directing delivery staff while keeping production levels optimal. Flexibility for night shifts is essential, particularly from Sunday to Thursday, to meet operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise food service order selection and accuracy
• Ensure cleanliness and safety of the warehouse area
• Perform proper checks on pallet jacks and equipment
• Enforce health and safety protocols rigorously
• Attend necessary operational and safety meetings
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be able to work full-time hours
• Required availability for night shifts and weekends
• Ability to lift up to 33 kg unassisted
• Previous experience in a warehouse environment is a plus
