As a Ready Mix Driver at Amrize, you will manage daily deliveries to various job sites and ensure exceptional service for customers. You’ll also perform pre- and post-trip inspections on your vehicle and collaborate closely with logistics and operations teams. Maintaining strong relationships with clients and adhering to safety protocols are essential for achieving success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver ready mix concrete to job sites and customers

• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform inspections daily

• Build trust and satisfaction with clients in your area

• Communicate effectively with logistics and operations teams

• Complete the Amrize Ready Mix Training Program

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of driving experience in related fields

• Valid Class 3Q or Class 1Q driver’s abstract

• Ability to lift over 50 lbs on-site

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Previous construction or heavy equipment experience
