Logistics Dispatcher I

Step into the role of Dispatcher I (24-Hour Relief) at the Co-op Refinery Complex in Regina, SK. This permanent, on-site position centers on logistics management and operational efficiency.

In this critical position, you'll work with the Petroleum Distribution team, directly reporting to the Transportation Supervisor. Responsibilities include operating the Terminal Management System, managing product loading, and assisting in training for drivers. Your efforts will ensure safe and reliable operations at the refinery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain operation of the Terminal Management System

• Ensure loading racks operate smoothly and efficiently

• Generate and process Bills of Lading

• Forecast and analyze operational logistics

• Assist with driver training and maintain records

Requirements:

• High school diploma and business course or equivalent training

• Eligible to enroll in CITT Level I certification

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Honest, trustworthy, and results-oriented

• Resilient in a fast-moving workplace
