In your role as Terminal Manager, you will take charge of all terminal activities, managing both inbound and outbound LTL freight operations. You will lead a diverse team, conducting regular training and performance management to foster a culture of efficiency and safety. Key Responsibilities:
• Direct daily terminal logistics and freight movement operations
• Coach and support teams on compliance and safety
• Monitor service levels and prevent operational failures
• Handle warehouse operations, including staging and inventory control
• Collaborate with leadership on process improvements
Requirements:
• 5+ years in transportation and logistics
• 2+ years in a managerial capacity
• Expertise in freight movement and warehouse procedures
• Familiarity with transportation management technology
• Strong organizational skills and rapid problem-solving ability
