Kal Tire Transport seeks an experienced Class 1 driver to join their team. You will be responsible for delivering tires, maintaining an Electric Logging Device, and collaborating with fellow team members. Overnight shifts may be required, and this role includes physical tasks like lifting and handling tires.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections before and after routes
• Efficiently manage a 2-trailer delivery system
• Communicate positively with Kal Tire staff during deliveries
• Deliver products throughout Alberta and Saskatchewan
• Regularly lift and maneuver tires as necessary
Requirements:
• Valid Class 1 Driver's License with a clean record
• Minimum two years of driving experience required
• Strong English communication skills
• Safety consciousness in all driving practices
• Basic mechanical skills and chain-up experience necessary
