Local Delivery Class 5 Operator

Take on the role of Local Delivery Class 5 Operator with Manitoulin Transport in Regina. This full-time position focuses on efficient delivery and customer service.

The successful candidate will execute local deliveries using a wheeler, ensuring prompt service to various clients. You’ll be responsible for planning routes, loading, and unloading freight while maintaining a safe work environment. Flexibility in your availability is sometimes needed, primarily working Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute timely local deliveries within Regina

• Operate relevant equipment like wheeler and pallet jack

• Plan effective delivery routes for efficiency

• Load and unload freight carefully and accurately

• Record all delivery activities accurately

Requirements:

• Hold a Class 5 driver’s license

• At least 1 year of relevant delivery experience

• Physically capable of handling heavy loads

• Familiarity with TDG, WHMIS, and Forklift is beneficial

• Provide necessary documentation, including background check
