Parts Warehouseperson - Temporary

Responsibilities Shipping & Receiving – Load and unload parts trucks by hand or using material handling equipment. Pick, pack and label customer orders. Arrange for trucking/courier pick‑ups. Produce packing slips and maintain accurate records of all shipments. Complete 3‑way match to purchase order and vendor invoice to verify shipment order accuracy. Monitor pending inbound and outbound orders to ensure timely completion of all customer orders.
Adhere to shipping and receiving policies/procedures and regulatory compliance procedures. Provide assistance as needed to co‑workers and customers (internal and external). Hose building may be required.
Inventory Control & Housekeeping – Participate in annual cycle count to ensure inventory accuracy. Maintain warehouse and yard storage areas to align with Finning housekeeping standards and to ensure a safe work environment. Perform daily inspections of tooling and small equipment as well as replenish warehouse supplies as needed. Accurately sort and assign bin location for incoming stock. Other duties as required.

Basic knowledge of DBS parts inventory & transaction systems.
Basic proficiency in MS Office applications.
General warehousing and industry knowledge.
Accountability Adhere to Finning safety, housekeeping, shipping and receiving policies, procedures and standards.
Comply with applicable shipping laws, regulations and standards.
Work as part of a team to meet branch commitments to company and customer satisfaction.
Address internal and external customer concerns and issues related to shipment in a timely and efficient manner.

Location:
Regina, SK (5×2 shift, Monday‑Friday). This is a temporary position expected to end September1,2027.
