Become a pivotal member of Inland Metal Mfg. (1994) Ltd. as a Shipper-Receiver, focusing on accurate inventory management and customer service. This role runs Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
Inland Metal is hiring a Shipper-Receiver who will handle product reception, shipment preparation, and customer assistance. Experience in the heating trade is advantageous for this role. Responsibilities include ensuring timely order fulfillment, maintaining stock levels in the showroom, and being compliant with safety regulations during training.
Key Responsibilities:
• Receive and accurately store incoming products
• Fulfill orders from branch transfers and back orders
• Prepare shipping orders according to standards
• Replenish showroom stock for customer appeal
• Assist customers during their product pickup
Requirements:
• Heating trade experience is beneficial
• Strong attention to detail in tasks
• Available Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
• Willingness to engage in training sessions
• Proven customer service abilities for effective support
