Eldorado Gold Saskatchewan | Foran (TSX:ELD) is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our growing McIlvenna Bay team. This is a full-time position based at the McIlvenna Bay site working a 7/7 rotation.

Eldorado Gold Saskatchewan | Foran is advancing the McIlvenna Bay project, a cornerstone asset and one of the most significant copper development projects in Canada. With commercial production expected in mid-2026, this world-class deposit contains copper, zinc, gold, and silver – key metals for the global transition to green energy. As part of the Supply Chain team, the Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations and material handling activities to support the efficient functioning at the Mine Site. You will lead the Warehouse Team providing guidance, training and supervision to ensure the timely receipt, storage and distribution of materials, equipment and supplies.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead, train, and support warehouse staff, including performance feedback and safety training.
  • Manage all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, internal distribution, and outbound shipments.
  • Ensure accurate inventory records, stock monitoring, documentation, and compliance with purchase orders and shipping requirements.
  • Coordinate material requests and deliveries to support mine site operations.
  • Oversee safe material handling, equipment use, and maintenance of warehouse tools and infrastructure.
  • Enforce company, site, environmental, and safety standards, including emergency response preparedness.
  • Liaise with vendors and suppliers to resolve supply, quality, or delivery issues.
  • Develop and maintain warehouse layouts, work instructions, procedures, and operational standards.
  • Monitor warehouse performance through KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support additional projects and improvement activities as assigned by the Supply Chain Manager.
Job Qualifications and Skills
  • Post‑secondary education in logistics, supply chain, warehousing, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years experience in warehouse or logistics operations, including leadership responsibilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication, time management, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Proficiency with warehouse and inventory management systems.
  • Knowledge of safety standards in an industrial or mine site environment.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast‑paced operational setting
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $95,/year based on experience and qualifications. Annual discretionary short term incentive award at a percentage of base salary, rewarding exceptional contributions to team and company success.
