Key Responsibilities:

• Manage night shift operations for order selection

• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies

• Coach and train associates to meet productivity goals

• Monitor productivity and analyze performance reports

• Facilitate team meetings and communicate company goals

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in warehouse/logistics roles

• Preferred 5 years’ supervisory experience in a warehouse

• High School Diploma required

• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel

• Knowledge of logistics systems is an asset
