LGLNA is in search of a skilled Warehouse Operations Manager to support our growing logistics business. This managerial role demands an experienced professional who excels in a multi-site environment, offering significant leadership to regional warehouse teams. Your responsibilities will include developing operational procedures and fostering teamwork while maintaining high standards in safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership to regional warehouse managers and staff
• Develop Standard Operating Procedures for operational consistency
• Foster teamwork and a positive work culture
• Oversee daily warehouse operations and compliance
• Coordinate logistics for timely shipping and receiving
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related
• Minimum 7 years in warehouse operations
• Proven experience managing multi-site operations
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in warehouse management systems
