Construction Managers get to be outside on the construction site interacting with both our homeowners and trade partners.

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of two years' experience in residential production home building management
• Valid driver's license
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times
• Proficient with MS Office Products
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or Civil/Structural Engineering
• Strong work ethic, with the ability to multi-task and work independently as part of a larger team
• Previous experience in construction project management or residential home building
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop strong working relationships
• Proficient time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail
