Delaware Eye Institute has a unique opportunity for an Ophthalmologist in Rehoboth Beach, DE., to join a highly respected multispecialty integrated 10 MD/OD ophthalmic practice. Our facilities include a spacious free-standing building with clinical lanes, business offices, optical, excellent onsite ASC, and state of the art equipment.

We’re offering very attractive base compensation and top-tier upside financial potential via quarterly incentive bonuses based on production and collections. Full benefits including health, vision, dental, matching 401k, paid CME, and paid relocation are also provided. Equity options are also available.
