ScheduleFull-Time or Part-Time Day or Evening Shift (6:30 am–2:30 pm and/or 2:30 pm–10:30 pm)
Salary Range$20.00 – $22.00 hourly
Job OverviewAssists residents in all aspects of their daily life as indicated in the resident’s care plan, including personal care, food service, housekeeping, laundry, behavior management, socialization, and activities.
Responsibilities & Duties- Provide resident care including bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding as outlined in their care plan
- Maintain the safety, comfort, dignity, and confidentiality of all residents
- Escort residents to meals and activities
- Ensure all assigned residents are clean, neatly dressed and groomed, safe, and fed during assigned shifts
- Document all services provided to assigned residents during the shift
- Report any change of condition in a resident immediately to the supervisor
- Certified Nursing Assistant or Certified Home Health Aid
- Knowledge and experience working with the elderly population; dementia experience preferred
- The role requires standing, walking, sitting, using fine and gross motor skills, reaching, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, talking, hearing, and smelling.
- Ability to lift or carry up to 50 lbs intermittently. Use of proper body mechanics is required.
