Job DetailsSalary: $50,000 – $60,000 per year. Final compensation is based on factors such as skills, qualifications, and experience.
Description- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) and accounting software (SGA) to regularly assess the performance of the branch against plans, goals and in relation to the Association’s goals.
- Ensure branch accounts/bills are processed for payment accurately and on time.
- Assist staff in the development of business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals.
- Provide reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to the Vice President, Executive Director and staff in cash flow, collections, bank reconciliations, financial forecast, annual campaign, grant outcome reporting and other areas as requested.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, petty cash, etc.
- Manage day to day administrative operations for the branch site, including keeping office space clean, prepare staff workstations, order office supplies, mail/courier, etc.
- Provide annual fundraising leadership such as generating reports, collections/pledges and event support, contributing towards the branch’s overall culture of philanthropy.
- Develop and continuously work to improve the onboarding process for all staff and volunteers to ensure they acquire organizational knowledge from the Y of USA level to the branch level.
- Coordinate and support assigned aspects of the annual support campaign at the branch.
- Provide administrative support for Branch Advisory Board operations.
- Provide admin support and coordination for branch volunteer efforts.
- Coordinate staff leadership team meetings.
- Five years’ experience in Business Administration/Financial Management.
- Thorough understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication.
- Must be able to travel to assigned locations.
