Job Summary

Coldwell Banker Premier, headquartered in Winchester, VA, is expanding its management team. We are looking for an Assistant Sales Manager in the Delaware region. A real estate license in Delaware is required.

Responsibilities
  • Lead all sales activities with the Sales Manager within the area.
  • Accountability for achieving branch office production and performance goals.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the team to produce the highest results for the company and the team members.
  • Take initiative and guide agents to achieve their goals.
  • Have an in‑depth understanding of the local market and identify opportunities and concerns.
  • Problem‑solve for customers, clients, and the team.
  • Provide coaching and conduct one‑on‑one and business planning sessions with Sales Associates to help them reach productivity goals.
  • Attend and cultivate relationships at networking real‑estate events.
  • Manage the recruiting process in conjunction with the Director of Talent Attraction for new and experienced Sales Associates.
  • Report on progress to leadership on all recruiting and retention activities.
  • Implement and manage marketing/recruiting programs established by the company to achieve recruiting objectives.
  • Lead sales meetings alongside the Regional Sales Manager.
  • Conduct independent sales meetings when the Sales Manager is absent.
  • Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail in all aspects of work.
Qualifications
  • 3‑5 years of real estate sales experience and a current real estate license.
  • Sales management experience within a real estate brokerage.
  • Willingness and ability to travel between offices.
  • Passion for the success of others and ability to hold a team accountable.
  • Ability to learn new skills and train others on our real estate platforms.
  • Strong proficiency in adapting to changing landscapes and new company directives.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent coaching and mentoring skills.
  • Mastery of their trade and willingness to help others.
  • Energetic, positive, and professional demeanor.
  • Influential communicator with strong interpersonal, written, and verbal skills.
  • Technology proficiency, including Microsoft Office, Internet, and social media sites.
  • Highly detail‑oriented with exceptional organizational abilities.
  • Strong team player who collaborates effectively with colleagues.
  • Responsible and accountable for personal and team performance.
Compensation

Salary: $48,000 to $50,000 base plus bonuses based on office growth, with the expectation to perform about 12 real‑estate transactions per year. Managers are non‑competing; business will be self‑generated from past clients or sphere of influence.
