Beebe Healthcare is growing, and our Wound Care team is looking for a compassionate, skilled RN who wants to make a measurable impact on healing, patient education, and overall quality of life for our community. If you enjoy clinical problem-solving, autonomy, and meaningful patient relationships, this is a role where your expertise truly matters.
As a RN II
, you’ll perform advanced wound assessments and procedures, and partner closely with physicians, APPs. You’ll support patients with surgical, diabetic, vascular, pressure, and complex chronic wounds—helping improve outcomes and prevent readmissions.
- Facilitates, implements, and evaluates the patient plan of care and outcomes in collaboration with the health care team
- Conducts comprehensive wound assessments and stages wounds accurately
- Implements advanced wound therapies (e.g., negative pressure wound therapy, compression, specialty dressings)
- Documents patient assessments and wound care interventions accurately and within specified time frames
- Assesses patient safety factors and provides preventive care as needed
- Evaluates test results promptly when reported and responds appropriately
- Provides patient and family education — documents on education forms and modifies as needed — including follow-up guidance
- Collaborates with the Wound Care Medical Director and clinical leaders to coordinate care and support documentation best practices
- Revises plan of care as indicated based on ongoing assessment and patient response
- Prioritizes care needs effectively and supports quality improvement efforts and documentation standards
- RN license (DE or compact)
- Strong assessment skills and interest in wound care
- Preferred: CWCN/WOCN/CWS certification or wound care experience
- RN - Registered Nurse
- BLS - Basic Life Saving certification
- RN Diploma/RN Graduate Program
