Support Staff; B&E - Reg

We are hiring full time Support Staff to join the team at Brewings & Eats in Rehoboth Beach, DE

Contributes to the flow and tempo of the restaurant by effective clearing and setting of tables. Works with the bar by cleaning and restocking glassware, taking out kegs, and clearing bus tubs. Occasionally helps unload the beer truck and puts kegs away.

• Expo support, running food to tables
• Ensure dining areas, kitchen, and restrooms are clean and stocked
• Assist Bartenders, Servers and Kitchen staff with food prep, cleaning & sanitizing tables, and restocking supplies
• Help set up and break down tables, chairs, and restaurant equipment
• Stocking plateware & trays
• Support cleaning & stocking glassware for the restaurant
• Linen Management
• Provide excellent customer service by supporting guest needs
• Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a hygienic environment
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management
• Perform dishwashing duties
• Take kitchen orders and work at the food window

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to recognize and manage conflict
• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is a plus but not required
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays and ability to work overtime as needed

In accordance with pay transparency laws the pay rate for this role if hired is $15 per hour. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for tips received during the worked shift.
